As I go throughout my day enjoying horses and observing nature, I find myself in a state of being grounded and connected. I wanted to share my daily experiences with you that seem meditative and peaceful.  

The steady stream of water from the large wheel sprinklers on the ranches I visit create a Zen mood for me.

The sights and sounds of the horses chewing their grain and hay- snorting and blowing their nose and breathing in and out is soothing and relaxing.
